When you fill in the form on this site, your first name, phone number, street address, how many bins you have, and anything you write in the notes box come to us so we can call you back and clean your bins. That is the whole reason it is collected.
It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else. There is no mailing list, no advertising network, and no account being created for you.
If you tick the box allowing text messages, you will get texts about your own bin cleaning and nothing else. Reply STOP and they end. Leaving it unticked does not stop us calling you.
If you want your information deleted, call or text the number on this site and ask. We will delete it.
Cookies
This site does not set any. There is no tracking pixel and nothing follows you to other websites — which is why there is no cookie banner to click through. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser and never leaves it.
